Stuart Henderson
Partner, LLB
Stuart Henderson is a founding partner of Henderson Reeves Connell Rishworth. He leads the firm’s dispute resolution team. He has 38 years experience including 3 in Hong Kong.
Stuart’s court experience is wide. He has conducted extensive criminal trials and civil cases in the District and High Courts, and in the Court of Appeal. In addition, Stuart is a skilled mediator and is committed to resolve disputes by mediation and negotiation, when preferable to court action. He is on the Whangarei panel of mediators and is a member of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand. He also has considerable experience with Group Actions against organisations for clients who have been subject to physical and sexual abuse.
